PastryMu chefs is an organized and detail-oriented team. In making foods and desserts, often we use several components that must be assembled individually and then brought together to create the final product. Every ingredient we used has to be measured precisely and added in the correct way and in the correct order. We know that creativity is an important quality, more so than for any other type of cooking.


Chef Wong joined PastryMu as Sous-Chef and worked his way up the ranks to become the restaurant’s Head Chef.


Chef C.S Chu is an award-winning chef with over 20 years’ experience in local and western cuisine.
