Returns

Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after the item shipped due to our item is perishable goods - (Food Item)

If the item we shipped is damage or expired, In this case, you can request for an exchange. The return for shipping cost will not be covered on our end. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the exchange item will be ship out to you within a certain amount of days.

Shipping
